Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Application Operations Consultant (Finance & Projects) to join our IT team.The role will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects, with a strong focus on production support, incident resolution, issue ownership, integrations, and service continuity. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, Oracle Support, and external partners to ensure issues are resolved effectively and within agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional operational support for Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects.* Manage and troubleshoot incidents, service requests, recurring issues, and escalations.* Identify root causes, coordinate resolutions and provide practical workarounds when required.* Support Finance, Projects and Procurement teams during key operational cycles, including month-end and year-end.* Maintain action logs, RCA summaries, runbooks, knowledge articles and support documentation.* Support Oracle Fusion modules including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Financial Reporting, Project Costing and Project Budgets. * Troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion and enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Yardi, Unifier and banking platforms.* Support OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, approval workflows, ESS jobs, roles/security and data reconciliation.* Track SLAs, ticket trends and recurring issues while identifying opportunities to improve application stability and user experience. What We're Looking For:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials and Projects.* Strong experience in incident, service request, problem and escalation management.* Experience supporting finance operations and project accounting.* Experience working with Oracle Support, managed service providers and technical teams.* Exposure to OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, integrations, approval workflows, ESS jobs, security and data reconciliation.* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.* Good understanding of ITSM, SLA management, change control and support governance.* ITIL certification preferred; PMP or Oracle Fusion certification is an advantage. Added Advantage:Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM, FCCS and TRCS would be an advantage, while experience with Fusion AI Studio is preferred.
