Senior Oracle C2M Developer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle Utilities applications within large-scale utility projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle C2M, strong technical expertise in Oracle Utilities frameworks, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and configure Oracle Utilities C2M applications based on business requirements.Customize and extend functionalities using C2M SPL, Java, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).Develop and support integrations with external systems using Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, JMS, and batch processes.Work on end-to-end implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions including Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), and C2M.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and scalable solutions.Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of applications.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver project objectives.Support production environments, resolve issues, and provide continuous improvements.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities (C2M / CC&B / MDM / CCS) development.Strong hands-on experience with C2M SPL, Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.Experience with Oracle Utilities Integration Framework and system integrations.Solid understanding of utility domain processes such as billing, payments, meter data, and customer management.Experience in full lifecycle implementations and production support.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
