Senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site)Who Can Apply: Candidates currently present in UAE or India (Relocation Assistance Provided)Salary: 22,000 AED/MonthContract Duration: 6 months (Extendable based on issue closure)Experience: 10+ years of Oracle EBS R12.2 technical experience, Strong Knowledge of APEX & OICRole Mix: 80% Technical / 20% FunctionalAbout the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Senior Oracle EBS R12.2 Technical Consultant to drive deep-root cause resolution, reconciliation fixes, performance tuning, and integration enhancements.

Working closely with Finance, Finance Shared Services, and IT teams, you will analyze EBS data at the table/interface level, refine custom applications, and streamline core business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesIssue Resolution & RCA: Conduct root-cause analysis on production, interface, and reconciliation bottlenecks; execute controlled data-fix scripts and long-term fixes.APEX & Custom Development: Build and enhance Oracle APEX applications, reconciliation dashboards, control screens, RDF reports, and Oracle Forms customizations/personalizations.Integrations & Interfaces: Design, monitor, and troubleshoot Oracle OIC (REST/SOAP/file-based) and external system integrations (CarPro, Keyloop, WMS, Salesforce, Payment Gateways, Bank interfaces).Performance Tuning: Optimize complex SQL/PLSQL queries, concurrent programs, and reports to reduce daily and month-end execution times.Finance & SCM Collaboration: Translate complex reconciliation requirements across GL, SLA, AP, AR, Inventory, and Costing into robust technical solutions.Required Technical SkillsOracle EBS Core: 10+ years in R12.2 architecture, AOL, Concurrent Processing, Value Sets, and Lookups.Database & Logic: Advanced SQL/PLSQL (packages, triggers, bulk processing, performance tuning).Module & Table Mastery: GL, SLA/XLA, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, PO, Inventory, OM, Costing, and Receiving.Tooling: Oracle APEX, BI/XML Publisher, Oracle OIC (REST, SOAP, FTP, JSON/XML, retry mechanisms), and UNIX Shell Scripting.Development: Open interfaces, APIs, custom staging tables, and custom program registration.Functional & Domain KnowledgeSolid understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C flow impact on accounting (COGS, revenue recognition, subledger accounting).Preferred: Exposure to automotive, dealership/DMS, workshop, warranty, parts, or service processes.Key DeliverablesTechnical Issue Register & RCA: Tracking fixes, closure evidence, and technical root causes.Reconciliation & Exception Tools: Custom reports and APEX dashboards for GL vs. Subledger, Revenue, COGS, and CarPro reconciliations.OIC & Interface Enhancements: Robust integration pipelines with error handling and retry mechanisms.Code & Deployment Documentation: Technical design documents, mapping logic, rollout steps, and support handover notes.
