The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and post-go-live support.The Senior Consultant will work closely with clients and internal project teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The candidate should be capable of independently managing functional activities and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.Work extensively on Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll. Good knowledge or experience in other HCM Modules like Talent Management, OTL etc.Conduct business process analysis and gather functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM functional solutions.Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.Prepare functional requirement documents and functional specifications for reports, integrations, extensions, and data conversions.Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and system enhancements.Support and guide technical teams by providing functional expertise for integrations and reporting requirements.Perform and support system testing, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.Identify, analyze, and resolve complex functional issues during implementation and support phases.Provide expert recommendations on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices and process improvements.Support clients during UAT, go-live, and post-production phases.Work closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders.Provide regular project updates and communicate functional progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.Mentor and support junior functional consultants whenever required.Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes and employee lifecycle processes.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.Qualifications and Experience10+ years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consulting.Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM functional implementation and support.Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.Strong hands-on experience in: Oracle Fusion Core HR, Absence Management, Oracle Fusion Payroll.Strong experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Ability to independently interact with clients and manage functional discussions and workshops.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Experience working in client-facing and multi-cultural environments is preferred.
