We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Unifier solutions for major capital projects and infrastructure programs. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 (Hybrid / On-site options available) Experience: 8+ Years (with 5+ years specific to Unifier)What You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end Oracle Primavera Unifier implementations, from gathering business requirements to final production deployment.Design and configure core Unifier elements: Business Processes (BPs), Cost Sheets, Fund Management, Cash Flow, Workflows, and Shells.Advise clients on industry best practices for project controls, capital planning, contract management, and document control.Design and support critical integrations between Unifier and ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP), Primavera P6, and BI platforms.Build executive dashboards, operational reports, and KPI tracking mechanisms to support strategic decision-making.Deliver comprehensive end-user and administrator training, while mentoring junior consultants.What We Need:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a MUST (Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or relevant Engineering discipline).8+ years of total Primavera experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Unifier implementation experience.Proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle Unifier implementations, preferably within large-scale capital projects, construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors.Deep technical expertise in Unifier configuration, P6 integration, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL fundamentals.Excellent stakeholder management skills to facilitate workshops and present solutions to executive leadership.Oracle Primavera Unifier/P6 or PMP certifications are highly preferred.
