Senior Oracle Solution Architect / Delivery Lead

· Own and deliver the proposed solution design, target architecture, configuration approach, implementation methodology, and project delivery roadmap.· Conduct workshops and working sessions with Finance, Procurement, ISD, and client Oracle/IT stakeholders to gather requirements, validate design decisions, and support project delivery.· Prepare and maintain all project deliverables, including the Functional Design Document (FDD), Technical Design Document (TDD), field mappings, validation rules, exception workflows, test scenarios, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.· Deploy a suitably qualified on-ground team during the implementation phase to support design validation, configuration review, troubleshooting, testing activities, issue resolution, and overall delivery assurance.· Lead solution validation activities, support SIT, supervise UAT, review testing evidence, coordinate defect resolution, and conduct go-live readiness assessments.· Support client Oracle/IT in deployment planning, production readiness activities, and closure of project-related issues through stabilization.· The consultant shall prepare, maintain, and submit complete and accurate implementation evidence, testing documentation, design approvals, issue and defect logs, control-closure records, and governance artefacts required for project governance, ISD review, audit support, go-live readiness, and project closure. Any incomplete, inaccurate, unsupported, or rejected evidence shall be corrected by the consultant at no additional cost to client. ADMN Oracle / IT shall review, validate, and approve such records as part of the project's governance and deployment readiness process.· Assist client's Oracle/IT in addressing ISD requirements and providing the necessary technical support and documentation required for obtaining ISD go-live approval prior to production deployment.· Deliver comprehensive knowledge transfer, training sessions, operational handover, and supporting documentation to enable client Finance and client Oracle/IT teams to operate and support the solution independently after go-live.· Provide one month of remote hyper care support following go-live, including issue analysis, troubleshooting support, defect guidance, stabilization assistance, knowledge reinforcement, and closure of outstanding issues.· Demonstrate a proven implementation approach supported by successful deployments for clients operating in the UAE and provide relevant references or implementation evidence upon client's request.· The consultant shall remain accountable for the adequacy and completeness of the proposed design, documentation, testing support, knowledge transfer and implementation guidance provided under this engagement.
