As the group continues to grow, we are focused on building agile organizational structures and workforce capabilities that support sustainable business expansion.About the Role:We are seeking an analytical Senior Organizational Design & Workforce Planning Specialist to support the design and development of organizational structures and workforce plans across Reef Holding. The role focuses on analyzing organizational needs, workforce requirements, and structural effectiveness to ensure alignment with the Group’s strategy and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and update organizational structures across the Group.Analyze existing structures and identify gaps, overlaps, duplication, and improvement opportunities.Review proposals for creating, modifying, or merging departments, sections, and positions.Analyze spans of control and organizational layers.Maintain organizational charts, job titles, reporting lines, and related workforce data.Prepare workforce plans and analyze current and future manpower requirements.Analyze headcount, vacancies, and workforce gaps.Review requests for new positions, job titles, and organizational changes and provide recommendations.Prepare reports, analyses, and dashboards related to organizational structures and workforce planning.Support restructuring projects, workload analysis, and implementation of approved organizational changes.Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–6 years of relevant experience.Skills & Competencies:Organizational design and restructuringWorkforce planning and manpower analysisHR data analysis and reportingWorkload analysisAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingStrong coordination and organizational skillsGood Arabic and English proficiencyWhy Join Reef Holding?This role provides the opportunity to directly support Reef Holding’s continued growth by building efficient organizational structures and ensuring workforce requirements are aligned with future business needs.
