Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesDevelops and updates the organizational structure and job descriptions within the organization and manages activities for planning, identifying, and determining the organization’s workforce needs. Develops activities related to supervising the updating of organizational manuals and the organizational development framework and ensuring the activation of the organization’s organizational structure. Contributes to activities related to conducting periodic reviews of the organization’s organizational structure to ensure its ability to meet the organization’s strategic and operational requirements and updates its organizational manual whenever required. Delivers procedures for ensuring the alignment of the functions of the administrative units approved in the organizational structure and detailing the organizational structure of all agencies and departments of the organization. Contributes to preparing procedures for developing job descriptions for all job roles in the organization, updating them, and maintaining them in collaboration with the relevant entities within the agency. Develops organizational manuals and the organizational development framework and ensures the activation of the organization’s organizational structure. Contributes to activities related to creating, merging, and eliminating positions and functions based on the organizational manuals within the scope of the organizational development framework. Provides studies related to the development and updating of organizational and functional structures, activities, and key processes in accordance with the organization’s needs, and updates functions, responsibilities, and systems accordingly. Contributes to activities related to facilitating meetings with key stakeholders in the organization for workforce planning (strategic and operational) in accordance with policies and guidelines and creating an organization-wide plan. Provides tasks related to developing and reviewing the organization’s workforce plan, analyzing the activities of agencies and departments within the organization, and identifying needs. Establishes mechanisms for providing studies, identifying the key drivers affecting the business state, and determining the future competencies and capabilities required. Contributes to addressing procedures for assessing current competency needs against future capabilities and determining the potential impact on the workforce and the impact of strategic initiatives such as digital technologies and automation, etc. Contributes to high-level supervision tasks related to allocating individuals to roles and ensuring that they possess the appropriate capabilities. Follows up on workforce transfers from one location to another, promotions, workforce shortages, and estimating the costs associated with the workforce. Provides activities related to determining the optimal number of employees and identifying the associated costs, taking into consideration vacancies, employee succession, promotions, and the associated costs: talent management/recruitment/training and learning/termination/rewards/automation, etc. Delivers data analysis and reporting activities to highlight key findings and insights, identify potential improvement opportunities, and support decision-making based on workforce data analysis. Contributes to activities related to supervising the provision of competencies that meet the requirements for filling these vacancies, in coordination with the responsible entities within the organization. Complies with the organization’s work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures specific to the organizational unit. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.Required ExperienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.EducationBachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field.
