Senior OT Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant

We are seeking experienced Senior OT Cybersecurity Compliance Consultants to support cybersecurity compliance initiatives within Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role will primarily focus on OT Cybersecurity Controls Compliance (OTCC), with additional experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) considered a strong advantage.The successful candidates will be responsible for assessing OT environments against applicable cybersecurity requirements, identifying compliance gaps, developing remediation plans, and supporting organizations in achieving and maintaining OT cybersecurity compliance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct OT cybersecurity compliance assessments based on applicable NCA OTCC requirements.Assess OT environments, systems, processes, policies, and controls against OTCC requirements.Identify cybersecurity compliance gaps, risks, and areas of non-conformity.Develop detailed gap assessment reports, risk findings, and remediation recommendations.Support the development and implementation of OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards, and controls.Assist organizations in preparing evidence and documentation required for compliance assessments and audits.Perform control effectiveness assessments and monitor remediation activities.Provide guidance on cybersecurity requirements applicable to Operational Technology / Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments.Support risk assessments related to OT assets, systems, networks, and processes.Coordinate with OT, IT, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and other relevant stakeholders.Maintain compliance documentation, control matrices, risk registers, and assessment records.Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and regulatory assessments.Track compliance action plans and provide regular status reports to management.Contribute to continuous improvement of OT cybersecurity governance and compliance practices.Required Qualifications & Experience:Saudi National.Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.3–8 years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity, OT security, information security, risk, compliance, or related areas.Hands-on experience with NCA OTCC (Operational Technology Cybersecurity Controls) requirements.Practical experience conducting cybersecurity compliance assessments, gap assessments, and control reviews.Good understanding of OT/ICS cybersecurity environments, architectures, and security controls.Experience preparing compliance assessment reports, remediation plans, and supporting evidence.Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance principles.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements.Experience in OT/ICS environments, industrial networks, SCADA, DCS, or PLC environments.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, or equivalent are preferred.Experience supporting cybersecurity audits and regulatory compliance programs.Experience working with risk registers, control frameworks, compliance matrices, and audit evidence.Also, you can submit your CV through the link below for more upcoming job vacancies:https://cv-fnrco.com
