Senior OutSystems Developer

We are seeking a Senior OutSystems Developer / Architect with deep expertise in OutSystems and .NET technologies to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture experience, and the ability to drive end-to-end development across complex digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and architecture of applications using the OutSystems platform (Reactive/Web/Mobile)Define technical solutions, architecture patterns, and best practices for scalable and secure applicationsDevelop and oversee backend services using .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET CoreDrive integration strategies with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and middlewareProvide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, mentoring, and governanceCollaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutionsEnsure performance optimization, scalability, security, and maintainability of applicationsLead DevOps practices including CI/CD, release management, and deployment strategiesTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support when requiredRequired Skills and Experience10+ years of overall software development experience5+ years of hands-on experience in OutSystems developmentStrong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)Proven experience in solution architecture and system designExtensive experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), microservices, and enterprise integrationsStrong knowledge of SQL Server and database designExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery modelsPrior experience in leading teams or managing technical deliveryPreferred QualificationsOutSystems certifications (Professional, Expert, or Architect level preferred)Experience in large-scale enterprise or government projectsExposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWSExperience with containerization and modern architecture patternsKnowledge of security standards and enterprise complianceKey CompetenciesStrong leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinkingEffective stakeholder communication and client-facing experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh ownership and accountability
