You will define architectural best practices, ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, promoting good engineering practices, and enabling teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support development teams throughout the full application lifecycle using OutSystemsDefine and validate architectural decisions, ensuring performance, maintainability, and securityConduct code reviews and promote best practices across teamsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with business requirementsContribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and development standardsProvide technical guidance and mentorship within the teamQualificaçõesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of experience delivering OutSystems projects (for Senior Developer roles)2+ years of experience in OutSystems technical leadership (for Tech Lead roles)OutSystems certifications:OutSystems Professional Web DeveloperOutSystems Architecture SpecialistOutSystems Associate Tech LeadExperience with systems integration and sound knowledge of software engineering principlesStrong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skillsA collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a diverse, inclusive, and international environmentInformação adicionalLisbon or Porto - Hybrid model — mostly remoteIf you live closer to Lisbon, visit our Lisbon office.If you live closer to Porto, visit our Porto office.
