The role combines new business development, account growth, team leadership and partner activations. Key responsibilitiesBuild and close partnerships with gyms, clinics, practitioners, wellness platforms and corporate clientsDevelop referral, revenue-share and corporate wellness opportunitiesManage proposals, negotiations, renewals and commercial performancePlan partner events, activations and wellness daysLead and support two Account ManagersMaintain strong pipeline, forecasting and CRM discipline Requirements5+ years’ UAE B2B partnerships, business development or commercial sales experienceProven track record personally winning and closing new accountsStrong networking, communication and negotiation skillsPrevious people-management experienceHealthcare, wellness, fitness, employee benefits or HR-tech experience is advantageous
