Senior Payment Specialist

Finci is a fintech company developing modern payment and financial solutions for businesses. We operate across international banking and payment infrastructure and are looking for an experienced Senior Payment Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing and control of payments, bank account management, reconciliations and payment-related issues. You will work closely with Compliance, AML and Customer Support teams and play an important role in keeping our payment operations accurate, efficient and reliable.We are looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their responsibilities and confidently handle both routine operations and more complex payment-related situations.What you will doProcess and oversee SWIFT, client and internal paymentsManage bank accounts, balances and daily liquidityMonitor payment flows and make sure transactions are processed accurately and on timePerform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesPrepare regular operational and financial reportsHandle payment-related fees, invoices and settlementsInvestigate and resolve incoming and outgoing payment issuesTake ownership of payment requests and follow them through to completionWork closely with AML/Compliance and Customer Support teams on payment-related mattersIdentify operational issues and help find practical solutionsSupport the development, improvement and standardisation of payment processesContribute to making day-to-day payment operations more efficient and reliableWhat we are looking forPrevious experience in payment operations, banking, finance or a similar roleGood understanding of payment processes and banking operationsExperience with international payments and SWIFT is a strong advantageStrong attention to detail and a high level of responsibilityAbility to independently handle payment-related tasks and make informed decisionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStructured approach to work and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to investigate issues, identify the root cause and follow them through to resolutionGood command of English, both written and spokenComfortable working in a fast-changing fintech environmentWillingness to take ownership, learn and continuously improve processesWhat we offerThe opportunity to build a long-term career in payments and fintechHands-on experience with international payments and banking operationsA professional and collaborative working environmentThe opportunity to take ownership of important payment processesCareer growth and development within FinciThe possibility to gradually expand your responsibilities and expertise as the company growsSalary starting from EUR 2,100 grossAt Finci, you will have the opportunity to work closely with international payment and banking infrastructure, gain deeper expertise in payment operations and have a real impact on how our processes develop.If you are an experienced payment specialist who enjoys working with financial operations, solving problems and taking responsibility for your work, we would be happy to hear from you.Join Finci and grow with us.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
