Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will provide both strategic and operational HR partnership, delivering proactive guidance and solutions across a broad range of people-related matters.Partnering closely with leaders and HR Centres of Excellence, you will shape and execute a comprehensive, employee-centric people agenda that aligns workforce needs with business objectives. You bring strong business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive meaningful people outcomes across diverse teams and stakeholders.What You'll Be DoingPartner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive business performance, organisational effectiveness, and employee engagement.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and complex people matters.Champion and embed organisational values and culture across the business while fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment.Collaborate with business leaders and regional People teams on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development, and leadership capability building.Leverage people analytics, workforce insights, and organisational diagnostics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and develop targeted people solutions.Lead and support strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects, including organisational change, continuous improvement, and post-merger integration activities.Identify leadership and capability gaps and implement development plans to strengthen talent pipelines and organisational effectiveness.Partner with stakeholders and Centres of Excellence to deliver key people programs, ensuring adoption of best practices and successful execution of deliverables.Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local regulatory requirements.Partner closely with the APAC Reward team on compensation and benefits initiatives, including salary benchmarking, annual remuneration reviews, and reward programs.Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities, HRIS administration, employee records management, and data privacy compliance.Stay abreast of industry trends, labour legislation, and emerging HR practices to support talent attraction, retention, and business growth.What We're Looking ForSignificant experience in a Senior HR Business Partner, People Business Partner, or equivalent HR leadership role within a complex and fast-paced organisation.Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes.Strong experience managing complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.Solid knowledge of Thailand employment legislation and HR best practices, with the ability to interpret and apply labour laws, regulations, and company policies effectively.Experience supporting regional or multi-country stakeholders, ideally within an APAC or multinational environment.Broad knowledge across multiple HR disciplines, including organisational development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee and labour relations, and workforce planning.Experience leading organisational change, transformation, post-merger integration, or culture initiatives.Strong analytical capability, with experience leveraging people data and workforce insights to support decision-making and solve business challenges.Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels of the organisation.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, managers, and senior leaders across diverse cultures and geographies.Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and people analytics tools.Relevant professional HR qualifications and certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, AHRI, or equivalent) are highly regarded.
