Senior Performance & Transformation Manager – QatarCLIENTLinum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead the enterprise performance management and transformation agenda. This is a client-side role and will be based in Qatar.RESPONSIBILITIESOwning the corporate performance management cycle end-to-end: setting targets, monitoring, conducting quarterly business reviews, and enterprise-wide reporting to the Executive Committee and BoardDesigning, maintaining, and continuously improving the corporate KPI framework and cascading it into departmental scorecards with clear ownership and accountabilityDelivering executive-level performance diagnostics, variance analysis, and root-cause assessments across revenue, cost, operational, and customer metricsLeading the enterprise transformation portfolio: identifying, scoping, prioritising, and sequencing initiatives that improve efficiency, operating models, cost structures, revenue performance, and customer offers and servicesLeading the change management agenda for transformation initiatives: stakeholder engagement, communication, knowledge-sharing workshops, and adoptionPROFILEBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or similar subjectFormal credentials in improvement or change methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Prosci, or equivalentAt least 15 years’ experience in performance management, transformation, business improvement, or management consulting, including a meaningful period in a leadership capacityPrevious experience working for a business consultancy firmDemonstrable ownership of an enterprise performance management framework – KPIs, scorecards, business review cycles, and executive reporting – in a large, complex organisationHistory of leading transformation or performance programmes with delivered benefitsExperienced in preparing and presenting to C-suite and Board audiences, and influencing decisions at that levelFamiliar with performance management and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle EPM, or similar)Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and ArabicCandidates currently based in Doha will be given priority, and candidates based in the wider GCC region will be given second priorityAPPLICATION PROCESSTo apply, please send your CV to middle.east@linumconsult.com for the attention of Francis Ryan, detailing your current financial package and notice period.
