Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Own paid channels end-to-end: plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns on Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI Ads Manager). These three are the only channels in scope.
• Drive patient acquisition: deliver leads and bookings for home care, IV therapy, Tal Omrak screening, and longevity center memberships at target cost per lead (CPL) and cost per booking.
• Launch new branches: build geo-targeted launch campaigns for each new longevity center (Riyadh, Al Khobar, and upcoming locations).
• Measurement and tracking: set up and maintain the Snap Pixel / Conversions API, TikTok Pixel / Events API, ChatGPT Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and CRM attribution; report the true cost per booked patient, not just clicks.
• Creative testing: brief and test short-form video and Arabic-first creative with the content team and creators; run structured A/B tests on hooks, offers, and landing pages.
• Budget ownership: manage monthly media budgets, pacing, and channel mix and reallocate weekly based on ROAS and lead quality.
• Funnel and CRO: work with sales/call center to improve lead-to-booking conversion, landing pages, WhatsApp flows, and follow-up speed.
• Compliance: keep all health advertising within Saudi rules (SFDA, MOH, GCAM) and platform health-ad policies; no unapproved medical claims.
• Reporting: weekly performance dashboard and monthly review with the CEO and Director of Marketing.RequirementsOnly three platforms matter for this role: Snapchat, TikTok, and ChatGPT Ads. Meta and Google experience is not required. Candidates without hands-on experience in all three will not be considered.

• TikTok Ads: 3+ years in TikTok Ads Manager; TikTok Pixel and Events API; Spark Ads and creator/UGC content; Smart+ or automated campaigns.
• ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI): has launched and optimized live campaigns in ChatGPT Ads Manager, including conversion tracking, platform/geo targeting, and custom audiences. ChatGPT Ads became self-serve in May 2026 and opened to Middle East advertisers in August 2026, so we expect months of real experience, not years.
• Budget scale: has personally managed high budgets—at least SAR 100,000/month (about USD 75,000) across Snapchat and TikTok—and scaled them without losing efficiency.
• Results: can show case studies with real numbers (CPL, cost per acquisition, ROAS, conversion rate).
• Tracking: deep marketing-tech and tracking expertise—server-side tagging (sGTM), Snap Conversions API, TikTok Events API, ChatGPT Ads conversion tag, GA4, data layer, UTM governance, consent, and CRM/attribution integration. Can build and debug tracking without waiting for a developer.
• Language: fluent in Arabic and English; can judge whether Saudi-dialect ad copy works.
• Education: bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Nice to have
