We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing and award-winning team to work on some of the region's most exciting brands.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok & SnapchatOwn top-of-funnel strategy across platforms, track brand lift and reach qualityPlan and execute reservation buys (Reach & Frequency, TikTok & Snapchat reservation, YouTube reserved inventory), including delivery pacing and frequency managementManage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, YouTube & Demand Gen)Set up and run programmatic campaigns in DV360 (or equivalent DSPs), including audience strategy, line item structure, PMPs, brand safety and pacingMonitor daily performance, identify trends and act on insights to improve KPIsPrepare client-ready reports, performance reviews and optimization recommendationsManage budgets, flights and pacing across platformsRequirements2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally in an agencyProven experience managing paid social campaignsStrong understanding of top-of-funnel strategy and how it feeds the full funnelWorking knowledge of reservation buying and how it differs from auction buyingSolid experience with Google Ads, including Search and YouTubeExperience with DV360 or other programmatic platformsStrong analytical skills and comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and reporting toolsClear written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlinesBenefitsJoining our team ensures that your opinions matter, providing you with a platform to express yourself.
