Senior Periodontist

Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Periodontist role . The Senior Periodontist will provide comprehensive periodontal diagnosis and treatment, including scaling and root planing, periodontal surgery, and maintenance therapy. Responsibilities include performing advanced procedures such as oral surgery related to periodontal disease, placing and restoring dental implants, and collaborating with general dentists and other specialists on treatment plans. The role involves conducting thorough patient consultations, explaining treatment options, ensuring high standards of infection control and patient safety, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The Senior Periodontist will also contribute to clinical protocols, mentor junior dental staff, and stay current with evidence-based periodontal and implant practices.Qualifications Strong clinical expertise in Dentistry and Dental Care, with a focus on periodontal diagnosis and treatment.Solid medical foundation in Medicine as it applies to oral health, systemic conditions, and treatment planning.Proficiency in Oral Surgery procedures related to periodontal therapy and complex extractions.Advanced skills in Dental Implants, including treatment planning, placement, and restoration.Relevant dental degree from an accredited institution and recognized specialist qualification in Periodontology.Valid license or eligibility to practice dentistry in Egypt, with a strong track record in clinical practice.Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, infection control, and quality assurance standards.Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, and mentor junior clinicians.Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and adopt evidence-based clinical guidelines.
