We are seeking an experienced Senior Pet Relocation Specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will take full ownership of domestic and international pet relocations, from initial client consultation through final delivery, ensuring every animal travels safely, legally, and with minimal stress to both pet and owner. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of hands-on pet relocation experience, a thorough understanding of international import/export regulations, and a genuine passion for animal welfare and client service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end pet relocation services, including import, export, and transit arrangements across multiple countries Prepare, review, and manage all required documentation, including health certificates, import/export permits, customs paperwork, and airline-specific forms Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, destination country requirements, airline policies, and international animal transportation standards (IATA LAR) Liaise with government authorities, veterinary clinics, airlines, freight forwarders, customs officials, and international relocation partners Advise clients on vaccination schedules, microchipping requirements, quarantine rules, laboratory testing, and travel preparations specific to their destination Book flights and plan travel itineraries that prioritize the safest and most efficient transport options for each animal Proactively track each relocation and provide clients with timely, accurate updates throughout the process Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to documentation, customs clearance, flight disruptions, or changing regulatory requirements Maintain organized, accurate records for all relocation cases and ensure all files are properly archived Monitor changes in international pet travel regulations, airline policies, and country-specific government requirements Deliver exceptional client service by responding promptly, communicating clearly, and managing expectations professionally Requirements Minimum 1 year of proven, hands-on experience in pet relocation Comprehensive knowledge of UAE pet import and export procedures Strong familiarity with international pet travel regulations, IATA Live Animals Regulations (LAR), airline policies, and country-specific requirements Experience coordinating with government authorities, customs agencies, and veterinary regulatory bodies Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills in English High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with relocation management or CRM systems is a plus Preferred Fluency in Arabic or additional languages IATA Live Animal Regulations certification or equivalent training Prior experience in a senior or lead relocation role Benefits Competitive base salary (5,000 – 10,000 AED/month) with commission-based incentives Opportunity to work in a specialized, growing industry Collaborative team environment
