The Sr. Planner Buyer will be part of a team that play a critical role in supporting operations and ongoing expansion, as a key contributor to the operations and supply chain team, you will drive end-to-end planning activities from client demand forecasting to raw material procurement ensuring service excellence, cost optimization, and operational continuity.We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Senior Planner Buyer to play a critical role in aligning customer demand with production execution and supply chain efficiency. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and has a proven track record of optimizing planning, procurement, and inventory processes. Key Responsibilities:1.     Client Demand Planning:Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on customer requirements, historical data, and market trends to ensure optimal service levels.2.     Production Planning:Translate demand signals into actionable production plans, balancing capacity, lead times, and operational constraints.3.     Order Processing & Management:Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.4.     Raw Materials Purchasing:Strategically source and procure raw materials, ensuring availability while optimizing cost, quality, and supplier performance.5.     Purchase Order Requisition & Placement:Generate, review, and manage purchase orders in alignment with production and inventory requirements.6.     Inventory Control & Accuracy:Work closely with Warehouse on maintaining optimal inventory levels, drive cycle count programs, and ensure high levels of inventory accuracy across all materials.7.     Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Suppliers to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.8.     Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline planning and procurement processes, reduce waste, and enhance supply chain performance.Requirements:1.     Experience:Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in a Planner/Buyer or similar supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.2.     Language Skills:Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is required (spoken and written).3.     Technical Expertise:Strong experience with MRP systems.
