The role involves demand forecasting, assortment planning, inventory optimization, replenishment management, and close coordination with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial OTB, sales, margin and inventory plans.Monitor KPIs including Sales, Margin, Sell Through, Weeks of Cover and Stock Turn.Partner with Buying, Supply Chain, Finance and Retail Operations.Pre-Buy Analysis, Post Buy Analysis, In-Season Demand PlanningPartner with Buying Team on Assortment & Range PlanningProvide weekly trading analysis and recommend commercial actions.Manage forecasting, inventory productivity and replenishment.Support promotional and markdown planning.Prepare executive reports and presentations.KPIsSalesGross MarginForecast AccuracyInventory TurnGMROIStock AvailabilityOTB ComplianceCompetenciesCommercial AcumenAnalytical ThinkingCommunicationDecision MakingCollaborationCustomer FocusQualificationsBachelor's degree.
