Senior Planning & Scheduling Engineer - Railway

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and control detailed project schedules, including baselines and updates.Monitor project progress, milestones, and schedule deviations.Prepare project reports, dashboards, and progress updates for management.Support PMO governance, planning standards, and reporting processes.Coordinate with project stakeholders to validate schedules, assumptions, and progress.Conduct schedule and delay analysis and develop recovery plans when required.Support portfolio-level planning and project timeline consolidation.Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and recommend mitigation actions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.5–7+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or PMO roles.Experience in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects; railway experience is a strong advantage.Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.Experience in project reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.Understanding of PMO frameworks, governance, and project management methodologies.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.PMP certification or certification in progress is an advantage.Why Join Us?
