Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum 8 years of experience in construction planning and project controls.Must have extensive experience in villa projects, preferably luxury residential developments.Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project scheduling.Experience in preparing baseline programmes, progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.Strong knowledge of critical path analysis, resource planning, and project monitoring.Immediate joiners or candidates with a 15 days notice
