Planning Manager – Mega Projects | 25–30 Years’ ExperienceWe are looking for an experienced Planner Manager / Senior Planning Professional with 25–30 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Refining, with a strong track record in EPC/EPCM/PMC Mega Projects.Planning & SchedulingDevelop and maintain Level 1 to Level 5 integrated project schedules.Establish project planning philosophy, WBS, CBS, and coding structures.Ensure full integration of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Startup schedules.Develop detailed resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.Maintain schedule baselines and manage revisions.Project ControlsPerform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.Conduct schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning.Monitor project performance using KPIs, including: SPI (Schedule Performance Index)CPI (Cost Performance Index)Productivity AnalysisProgress Curves and S-CurvesAnalyze schedule variances and recovery scenarios.Key Requirements:25+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / RefiningExperience in 3+ Mega Projects valued at USD 1 Billion+10+ years as Planning Manager / Lead PlannerStrong Primavera P6 & EVM expertiseExperience with both Client and EPC organizationsProven experience managing teams of 5–20 plannersExpertise in integrated scheduling, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, forecasting, risk management and executive reporting
