Their values emphasize excellence and velocity, with a focus on delivering fast resolutions and richer conversations.About the roleAs the first Platform Security Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the security infrastructure that supports the company's AI platform. This role involves creating secure service templates, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code to ensure secure and efficient AI model serving.You will have a significant impact on the security infrastructure's technical direction and help integrate automation, observability, and self-service capabilities to enhance team confidence. The security platform you build will directly support high-value deals with security-conscious enterprises.What You’ll DoDesign and implement secure, multi-tenant infrastructure isolating customer dataBuild secure service templates and automation tools for production-ready servicesManage infrastructure-as-code and GitOps best practicesExpand platforms for alerting, secrets management, IAM, and automated remediationCollaborate with teams to meet compliance requirements through automated controlsParticipate in security on-call and improve operability and incident responseThe Ideal Candidate5+ years of experience in production infrastructure with a focus on securityExpertise in Google Cloud Platform and/or AWSProficient in infrastructure-as-code tools like TerraformStrong coding skills in Python, Go, or TypeScriptExperience with AI-assisted tooling and secure container deploymentFamiliarity with observability and incident-response toolingEven BetterExperience as an early or founding platform/infrastructure/security engineerExperience building internal platforms and developer portalsKnowledge of software supply chain security and static analysis toolingFamiliarity with detection and response data pipelinesUnderstanding of enterprise compliance requirementsNext steps1.
