We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, ensuring project success and business growth.Decskill Boost: Equipping our team with the latest tools and methodologies, we optimize Time-to-Market and deliver innovative solutions exceeding client expectations.Decskill Connect: Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are looking for a Senior Power BIResponsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs;Take ownership of reporting projects from requirements gathering to delivery;Build and optimize data models (star schema, relationships, measures);Develop advanced calculations using DAX;Perform data transformation and preparation using Power Query (M);Ensure performance optimization and scalability of reports and datasets;Define and implement data visualization best practices (UX/UI, storytelling);Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reports;Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, data models, and refresh processes;Participate in documentation, knowledge sharing, and improvement of BI standards.

Requirements

3–6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles;Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service);Advanced knowledge of DAX and data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, measures);Experience with Power Query (M) for data transformation;Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses;Proven ability to deliver end-to-end BI solutions independently;Experience with performance tuning and optimization in Power BI;Familiarity with data governance and security (e.g., Row-Level Security);Experience with Git-based workflows (nice to have but valued);Strong communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders;Fluent in English (written and spoken).Nice to HaveExperience with Azure (Fabric);Experience integrating Power BI with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, redshift, BigQuery);Experience with paginated reports (Power BI Report Builder);Familiarity with CI/CD processes for BI deployments;
