Senior PPC Specialist

We provide access to over 1,000 assets, including stocks, commodities, indices, and forex, empowering clients worldwide to achieve their financial goals.About the role: ActivTrades is looking for a Senior PPC Manager to manage paid acquisition across its international markets.You will be responsible for a significant advertising budget and the commercial performance of paid campaigns. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical judgement, disciplined budget management and the ability to use AI effectively to improve performance and productivity.You will work closely with the CMO, Marketing Manager and our in-house BI, CRM, Design and Web Development teams, coordinating with external agencies where relevant. *The position is office based.Key responsibilities:Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads and other relevant channelsManage budget allocation across markets and channels, with clear spending controls, forecasting and performance reportingDrive the acquisition of funded, active clients, assessing campaign quality beyond lead volumes and cost per leadCoordinate with external agencies, evaluating their recommendations and resultsWork with BI, CRM and Sales to connect advertising spend with account openings, first-time deposits and subsequent client valueEnsure conversion tracking and attribution are reliable, working with technical teams to identify and resolve gapsTest and improve targeting, bidding, creative assets and landing pagesApply AI tools to campaign analysis, keyword research, ad copy development, creative testing and workflow automation, with appropriate reviewWork with Compliance to ensure campaigns meet applicable requirements across markets and regulatory entitiesReport clearly on results, underperformance and proposed corrective action.What you'll bring:6+ years in paid search, managing multi-market accounts with budgets of €500k+ per monthDirect experience in CFDs, FX, crypto or another restricted financial vertical, including Google's financial services policiesDeep command of Smart Bidding, value-based bidding, offline and enhanced conversions, and Performance MaxStrong analytics: GA4 and Looker Studio as a minimum; BigQuery or SQL is a plusExperience with App campaigns, Apple Ads and an MMP (e.g. AppsFlyer)English at C1 level or above.Nice to have:German and/or Italian at C1 level or aboveGoogle Ads scripts or API automationHands-on experience with AI Max for Search and ads in AI OverviewsExperience leading a small team.We offer:Great opportunity for professional developmentExcellent working conditionsFriendly environmentCompetitive salaryWork-life balance - 25 days paid vacationAdditional benefits, such as health insurance, dental insurance and multi-sport cardHow to apply:If you are interested in this offer and meet the requirements, please send your application (detailed CV) in English.Confidentiality:We will treat your application with confidentiality and professionalism.
