Senior Pre-sales Solutions Architect – Public Cloud (AWS / GCP) KY-RTWQ

Position OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Solutions Architect with a solid public cloud background, extensive enterprise client project experience, and strong customer communication skills. This role serves as the key technical interface between clients and our internal technical team — deeply understanding enterprise customers' business and technical needs, and delivering architecture design, cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, and related solutions around AWS and other public cloud platforms. You will independently drive complex projects from pre-sales technical solutioning through to implementation.Candidates with pre-sales experience in either AWS or GCP are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities1. Pre-sales Solution Design & Technical LeadershipWork closely with the sales team to drive key accounts and complex projects; deeply understand customers' business and technical requirements, and independently design and present public cloud solutions.2. Cloud Architecture Design & OptimizationResponsible for architecture planning, design, and optimization of AWS and multi-cloud environments, delivering solutions that are secure, stable, scalable, and aligned with best practices.3. Cloud Migration & Complex Project SupportDesign cloud migration and deployment architectures; lead or support large-scale, complex enterprise customers' cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and infrastructure optimization projects.4. Technical Consulting & Key Issue ResolutionAct as the primary technical advisor to clients, resolving key technical issues encountered during cloud platform adoption, migration, and operation, and providing actionable technical recommendations.5. Major Incident & Architecture Issue HandlingParticipate in analysis, troubleshooting, and architecture optimization for major technical issues in complex cloud environments, driving issues to closure and continuous improvement.6. Cross-team Collaboration & Technical SupportWork closely with sales, product, operations, and technical teams to provide technical guidance and solution support for key accounts, complex projects, and internal teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or related technologies, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS or another mainstream public cloud.Solid AWS architecture design capability; familiar with core services such as VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Load Balancing, databases, networking, and security.Experience in architecture design, deployment, operation, and troubleshooting for large or complex AWS environments.Hands-on cloud migration project experience; able to independently complete customer requirement analysis, architecture design, technical proposals, and migration planning.Familiar with Linux system administration, MySQL/NoSQL databases, and Shell scripting; proficient in at least one programming language (Java or Python preferred).Familiar with Infrastructure as Code; hands-on experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar automation tools.Strong customer communication, technical presentation, and problem-solving skills; able to communicate effectively with clients' technical leads and management.Strong self-drive, sense of responsibility, and cross-team collaboration ability; able to independently drive complex technical projects.PreferredAWS Solutions Architect Professional, SAA, or equivalent advanced certifications from other major cloud vendors.Enterprise-level, multi-region, or multi-cloud architecture design experience.Experience in large-scale cloud migration, digital transformation, or cloud modernization projects.Experience conducting technical workshops, solution demonstrations, or PoCs for enterprise clients.Able to communicate in Mandarin with China/Greater China clients and partners, and handle Chinese-language technical documentation.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
