Senior Presales Consultant (DMS)

Location: Ho Chi MinhSalary: Upto 60M GrossJob descriptionWork closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs and business challenges.Recommend suitable SaaS solutions for distribution and sales operations.Prepare and deliver product demos, POCs, solution documents, and presentations.Advise customers during their digital transformation and solution adoption.Coordinate with the Product and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth handover before deployment.Communicate directly with enterprise customers, including management and C-level stakeholders.RequirementsAt least 5 years of pre-sales experience in SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software solutions.Practical knowledge of distribution operations, sales execution, or channel management.Experience working with FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail, or distribution businesses is preferred.Experience with DMS, SFA, Omni-channel, or ERP solutions is an advantage.Able to analyze customer needs, prepare demos/POCs, and present solutions clearly.Fluent in English with the ability to communicate and present to C-level stakeholders.Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.BenefitsPerformance and business-based bonus.Opportunity to work with large enterprise customers.Develop deeper expertise in SaaS, distribution management, and digital transformation.Stable working environment with the opportunity to learn from an experienced Presales team.
