By creating robust visual management tools, interactive analytics dashboards, and real-time evaluation suites, they turn complex AI architectures into manageable, actionable insights.As a Senior / Principal React Engineer, you will be the foundational frontend authority leading the design and implementation of highly interactive, data-dense, and scalable user interfaces.What You'll DoArchitecture & Scalability Engineering: Architect and maintain high-performance React applications capable of handling real-time data streams, complex visual workflows, and state updates across complex dashboards.AI-Powered Workflows: Design and implement intelligent, conversational, or agentic UI components (streaming responses, dynamic graph visualizations, prompt editors, human-in-the-loop controls).AI-Native Engineering: Leverage state-of-the-art AI development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, LLM-driven test generation, prompt engineering for UI) to boost engineering velocity and set new standards for the team.Engineering Standards: Establish best practices for TypeScript strictness, frontend state architecture, bundle optimization, and continuous integration pipelines.Cross-Functional Ownership: Partner closely with Product Management, UI/UX designers, and Machine Learning / AI Engineers to transform abstract AI capabilities into practical, sleek frontend features.Core Skills & RequirementsDeep React & TypeScript Mastery: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 4+ years dedicated strictly to modern React (Hooks, Context, Concurrent Mode, Server Components) and TypeScript.Product Experience & Mindset: Strong background in end-to-end product execution—you don't just build to spec, but actively participate in UX discussions, understand user journeys, weigh trade-offs between speed and scalability, and care deeply about product outcomes and user experience.AI-Native Coding Skills: Strong proficiency with modern AI-driven developer workflows (AI pair-programming IDEs, AI-assisted debugging, automated documentation, and code generation tools) to maximize personal and team efficiency.Enterprise State Management: Advanced mastery of complex client-side and server-side state synchronization (Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit, or state machines like XState).Frontend Performance: Proven experience diagnosing memory leaks, optimizing heavy DOM trees, and managing high-frequency data renders.Nice-to-Have Skills*Note on Backend Familiarity: This is a 100% dedicated Frontend role.
