Bank with a strong, dedicated focus on the market; stable and consistently growing;Interesting PB&WM project;Competitive Package; Bonus; Banking Convention Benefits, Pension Insurance, Meal VouchersLuxembourg City CentreYour responsibilities:Work directly with the Head of Private Banking to deliver outstanding service to the bank's clientsAct as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationshipsTransaction input, processing & follow-upPlacing orders in the system and verifying all post-transaction detailsAssisting with client onboarding, completing checklists and gathering KYC informationCoordinating & and completing client account openings, and existing clients’ due diligence reviewsProviding continued support to the Head of Private BankingDealing effectively with client enquiriesProviding assistance with Investment Advisory services for clientsExecuting regular and “ad-hoc” tasks and assignments set by the Head of the DepartmentCoordination of activities with all relevant departments of the groupYour profile:Minimum of 7 years of experience in Private Banking in assisting Relationship Managers, Client Advisors, and/or their team.University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.Strong understanding of Private Banking, Asset Management and Global Markets products.Understanding of applicable rules and regulations, e.g., AML/CTF, MiFID II, MAR, PRIIPs.Great personality with a can-do positive attitude and aptitude, filled with confidence to deal with wealthy customers on a proactive basis.Fluent in English.
