Senior Process Technician

Key QualificationsProcess/Manufacturing technician experience in pilot production/R&D cleanroom environment (min 5 years CMP )Experience with lab metrology equipment Experience with manufacturing systems via MES including statistical process control (SPC) Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDescriptionReporting directly to the Operations Manager, Manufacturing Technicians will be responsible for executing to standardized manufacturing plans and procedures as well as supporting next generation R&D engineering work orders. The scope of the role includes (but is not limited to):Execution of standardized work based on documented operating proceduresExecution of engineering work orders in support of next generation technology development and/or foundry operationsWork closely with module engineering teams, providing continuous improvement feedback to optimize localized processes and procedures .Train other technicians and engineering team members as needed and attain the status of module area designated trainerManage work area materials, ensuring no supply gaps.Customer orientation, with primary focus on delivery commitments by consistently following MES job dispatch prioritiesEducationAssociate’s degree
