Senior Procurement Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to lead procurement and contracting activities for major and mega construction projects. This is a project-focused, strategic role supporting projects from early planning through execution, not a routine procurement position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead procurement and contract management for high-value and mega construction projectsDevelop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and technical requirementsManage sourcing, pricing, negotiations, contract drafting, and award processesLead commercial negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providersCoordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to finalize contractsManage long-lead items and critical procurement packagesLead and guide the procurement team during project executionMonitor procurement performance using Power BI dashboards and reporting toolsEnsure compliance with company policies and delegation of authoritySupport cost optimization and value engineering initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)Minimum 10 years of experience in construction procurement and contractsLandscaping project experience preferredCertifications or formal training in procurement, contracting, or negotiationsStrong experience in project-based procurement and mega projectsExpertise in sourcing, pricing, and commercial evaluationsExcellent negotiation and contract management skillsExperience with Power BI, dashboards, and procurement tracking toolsStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesSolid understanding of construction project requirements
