Senior Procurement Engineer

Industry: Main Contracting / High-Rise ConstructionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer with strong procurement experience in high-rise construction projects.ResponsibilitiesManage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontract packages.Prepare RFQs and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.Coordinate with engineering, planning, construction, and commercial teams.Monitor long-lead materials and ensure timely delivery.Manage suppliers and subcontractors from enquiry through delivery/award.Maintain procurement schedules and trackers.Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.8–12 years of procurement experience in main contracting.Strong experience in high-rise towers/building projects.Good knowledge of construction materials and subcontract packages.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.UAE/GCC experience preferred.Good communication and MS Office/Excel skills.
