قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole Description The Senior Procurement Engineer will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract execution to support engineering and operational needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing requests for quotation (RFQs), negotiating terms and prices with suppliers, issuing and tracking purchase orders, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role also involves analyzing procurement data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The Senior Procurement Engineer will collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to align procurement decisions with technical specifications, budget constraints, and project timelines.Qualifications Strong supplier evaluation and vendor management skills, including assessing technical capability, quality, delivery reliability, and cost competitiveness.Hands-on experience with purchase orders and RFQ processes, including preparing RFQs, evaluating bids, and executing orders in ERP or procurement systems.Solid analytical skills for cost analysis, market research, and data-driven decision-making in procurement and supply chain activities.Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders, negotiating with suppliers, and preparing clear procurement reports and documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) are an advantage.Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles within engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.Knowledge of contract terms, commercial conditions, and basic legal considerations in procurement agreements.Proficiency with MS Office and procurement/ERP platforms; ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural environment.
