Senior Procurement Engineer - MEP

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Procurement Engineer – MEP to join our team in Dubai.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Real Estate, Construction, Main Contracting, MEP Contracting, with extensive hands-on experience in MEP procurement and project procurement.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end procurement of MEP materials, equipment, systems, and services.• Source and evaluate qualified MEP suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and service providers.• Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, material submittals, and technical requirements.• Handle procurement of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, piping, valves, switchgear, transformers, generators, cables, lighting, and related MEP systems.• Obtain competitive quotations and conduct technical & commercial evaluations.• Lead supplier negotiations covering price, quality, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP suppliers and manufacturers.• Monitor long-lead items, production, approvals, logistics, and site deliveries.• Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality.• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Projects, QS, Commercial, Design, and Site teams to ensure timely procurement.
