Senior Procurement Manager – Centre of ExcellenceAbu Dhabi, UAE | Highly Competitive Tax-Free PackageA leading organisation in the UAE is looking to appoint a Senior Procurement Manager – Centre of Excellence to play a key role in driving procurement and supply chain excellence across a complex, high-profile operation.Reporting into senior Supply Chain leadership and managing a team of three, this is a strategic role focused on using data, analytics, technology and continuous improvement to enhance procurement and wider supply chain performance.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement or supply chain professional who combines strong analytical capability with a track record of delivering transformation and operational improvement.Senior Procurement Manager – Centre of Excellence responsibilities:Lead the development of procurement and supply chain dashboards, KPIs and management reporting, providing senior leadership with clear visibility of performance and opportunities for improvement.Analyse performance across procurement, inventory, logistics and warehouse operations, identifying inefficiencies, trends and opportunities for optimisation.Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, improving processes, reducing cost, increasing efficiency and enhancing service levels.Use advanced analytics to turn complex supply chain data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.Support the development and execution of the wider supply chain strategy, ensuring operational plans are aligned with organisational objectives.Assess and recommend improvements to procurement and supply chain technology, including ERP, WMS and TMS systems, to improve data visibility and operational efficiency.Analyse inventory levels, turnover and demand forecasting to support inventory optimisation.Identify supply chain risks across procurement, logistics and inventory and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.Lead and develop a team of three, creating a collaborative, high-performing and continuous-improvement focused environment.Senior Procurement Manager – Centre of Excellence requirements:9+ years' relevant experience across procurement, supply chain, analytics, transformation or operational excellence.Strong experience of procurement / supply chain analytics, reporting and performance management.Demonstrable experience delivering continuous improvement or transformation projects.Strong understanding of supply chain systems and technology, ideally including ERP, WMS and/or TMS platforms.Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen would be highly advantageous.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.Master's degree and 12+ years' relevant experience would be advantageous.This is a high-impact opportunity to join a major UAE organisation in a senior role with significant exposure to Supply Chain leadership, helping shape how procurement and supply chain performance is measured, improved and transformed.To apply, please send your CV to Adam at a.venting@bramwith.com
