As procurement lead for the Regional Service Centers, you will develop and execute sourcing and supplier strategies, optimise total cost of ownership and help create consistent, high-performing procurement practices across markets.You will manage the full procurement lifecycle—from supplier engagement, tendering and negotiation to contract execution and close-out. Working at the intersection of suppliers, regional leadership and cross-functional teams, you will turn market insight, commercial judgement and technical understanding into measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, sustainability and risk.Your key responsibilitiesStrategic procurement and commercial performanceIdentify and leverage synergies across Regional Service Centers and the global organisation.Develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve competitiveness, supply-chain resilience and total cost of ownership.Lead supplier selection, tendering, purchase-order processes and contract negotiations to secure commercially attractive and well-balanced agreements.Use market intelligence, cost breakdowns and should-cost analysis to support fact-based decisions and continuous price efficiency.Supplier and contract managementBuild strong, long-term supplier relationships while maintaining effective competition within the assigned categories.Ensure suppliers meet requirements relating to quality, delivery, compliance, ethics, sustainability and risk.Work with suppliers to improve processes, performance and capabilities, including joint development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Develop sufficient product and technical insight to evaluate offers accurately and negotiate from a strong commercial position.Collaboration, governance and improvementPartner with service-centre leaders, projects, engineering, supply chain and other stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust supplier contracts.Support procurement KPIs covering time, quality, cost and sustainability, and communicate performance clearly across stakeholder levels.Promote standardised processes, sound governance, compliance and effective procurement documentation.Contribute to lean ways of working, automation and new procurement technologies, benchmarking performance against international best practice.Share knowledge, mentor colleagues when required and represent Procurement Operations in cross-functional and global initiatives.Your professional backgroundYou are likely to succeed in the role if you bring:At least five years of relevant experience in procurement, category management, project procurement or a closely related commercial role.A strong track record in complex contract negotiation, supplier management and procurement processes.Experience from an EPC, power, energy, industrial service or similarly technical project environment is highly advantageous.Good understanding of supply-chain processes, ERP systems, eProcurement solutions and Microsoft Office tools.The ability to work confidently with technical specifications, performance requirements, cost structures and total-cost-of-ownership evaluations.Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Your personal profileYou combine an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with sound judgement and high integrity.
