Senior Procurement Manager

📢 We’re Hiring: Procurement & Supply Chain Manager | Jerusalem AreaWe are looking for an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to join a leading company in the Jerusalem area.This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for global procurement, subcontractors, international logistics, and supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:• Lead procurement activities in Israel and globally• Manage and develop international suppliers and subcontractors• Lead and develop a team of buyers and logistics professionals• Manage commercial negotiations, contracts, pricing, and supplier agreements• Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities and drive cost-reduction initiatives• Oversee international import, export, air and sea freight activities• Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, and delivery• Identify supply chain risks and develop alternative sourcing solutions• Work closely with multiple internal stakeholdersRequirements:• 10+ years of procurement experience• 5+ years of experience managing procurement teams• Strong experience working with international suppliers and subcontractors• Significant experience in import, export, and international logistics• Proven commercial negotiation skills• Strong knowledge of international trade processes• Excellent English – written and spoken• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel• Strong technical orientationWe are looking for a commercially minded leader with strong business acumen, a global perspective, and proven experience leading teams and complex procurement and supply chain operations.📍 Jerusalem Area📩 Interested?
