Senior Procurement Manager

● Lead end-to-end procurement for Industrial and Warehousing Design & Build / EPC projects.● Develop and manage sourcing strategies for key project categories including civil, PEB, structural steel, MEP, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, flooring, doors, dock equipment and other project materials/services.● Identify, evaluate, onboard and develop reliable vendors, contractors and suppliers across key project locations.● Drive RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, comparative statements, negotiations and purchase order finalisation.● Work closely with Design, Estimation, Projects and Central Supply Chain teams to align procurement plans with project schedules and budgets.● Ensure timely availability of materials and services while optimising cost, quality and lead times.● Build category-wise cost benchmarks and market intelligence to improve procurement efficiency and commercial outcomes.● Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality and contractual compliance.● Drive value engineering, alternate sourcing and cost optimisation initiatives.● Strengthen procurement processes, governance, MIS and reporting mechanisms
