Senior Procurement Manager

About the RolePlan, develop and manage all activities related to the procurement and contracts, general administration services and logistics, also, to manage all major projects related to construction activities. Establish and maintain all policies and procedures for Central Stores and Procurement and general administration. Manage and monitor procurement functions including the approvals as per defined DOA.ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor all existing and prospective Contracts and ensure overall compliance.Reduce operations costs through innovative contract and procurement techniques.Implement all strategies and objectives related to procurement and contracts, general administrations, and logistics/inventory.Maintain all documents related to Contracts and procurements department for easy tracking.Manage all activities related to the inventory by ensuring timely availability of materials, with a proper turnover of inventory by implementing a cost-effective process.Create and implement departmental KPIs for proper monitoring and corrective actions.Assist department in developing and implementing purchasing and material strategy.Manage and supervise major projects and assignments related to any construction activities by liaison with technical end users.Liaison with audits for any enquiries/findings related to the sections.QualificationsBachelor’s degree/ PG Diploma/ PG Degree is a must.Professional Certification in Supply Chain/Contract Management/Procurement/Purchasing/Materials Management is a must.Required Skills15 - 17 years’ experience with minimum 6 years Senior Managerial Experience.Familiar with Contract Management/project management experience in Contracted Services Management.Preferred SkillsExperience in procurement and contracts, property, facility management, project management, furniture procurement, management, purchasing, and vendor practices are desirable.Financial background is required.
