Senior Procurement Manager

PROCUREMENT MANAGERLocation: UAE or KSA Based | Full TimeWe are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of oursourcing strategy, vendor relationships, logistics coordination, and supply chainoperations across active projects. This is a hands on commercial role sitting within ourprocurement team, with regular travel to KSA.Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end procurement across multiple concurrent projects
• Manage vendor negotiations and maintain consolidated rate cards
• Oversee international shipment and logistics coordination, including freightcosting and timelines
• Build and maintain a strong supplier network in China and across the GCC
• Support early stage project planning with cost benchmarking and sourcingstrategy
• Monitor supply chain timelines to ensure on time delivery across productionsWhat We Are Looking For
• 3+ years of procurement experience within the events industry
• Demonstrated experience on large scale event operations
• Strong GCC market knowledge across both UAE and KSA
• An established vendor network in China with a solid understanding ofinternational logistics and freight costs
• Hands On experience collecting and managing supplier rate cards
• A studied background in supply chain, through formal education or professionalcertification
• Comfortable with regular travel to KSA as part of the roleNice to Have
• Global procurement exposure beyond the GCC
• Experience working across multiple event categories simultaneously
