Team members join a growing organization at the intersection of food, technology, and restaurant enablement.Role Description The Senior Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers for food ingredients, packaging, and operational necessities. The Senior Procurement Manager will manage contract negotiations, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely availability of materials at optimal cost and quality. Daily responsibilities include analyzing procurement data, forecasting demand with cross-functional teams, optimizing inventory levels, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. The role also involves developing procurement policies, mitigating supply risks, and building long-term strategic relationships with key vendors to support Dil Foods’ growth.Qualifications Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including experience in end-to-end Procurement processes within food, FMCG, or related industries.Demonstrated expertise in Supplier Evaluation, including vendor assessment, performance monitoring, and risk management.Advanced Contract Negotiation capabilities, with a track record of securing favorable terms while maintaining collaborative supplier relationships.Experience in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining supplier contracts and service-level agreements.Robust Analytical Skills to interpret spend data, forecast demand, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support decision-making.Proven ability to lead and mentor procurement teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is an advantage.Experience working with procurement software or ERP systems and familiarity with compliance, food safety, and quality standards.
