About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Procurement Manager to lead our global procurement operations and drive long-term supply chain excellence. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with executive leadership to shape sourcing strategies, optimize our vendor ecosystem, and play a pivotal role in the future growth and scaling of the organization.You will oversee end-to-end procurement functions, lead high-stakes negotiations, mitigate supply chain risks, and champion cost-efficiency while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Sourcing & Category ManagementDevelop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for key categories to support business growth and profitability targets.2. Supplier Relationship & Performance ManagementBuild and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with key global suppliers and vendors.3. Supply Chain Optimization & Risk ManagementIdentify potential supply chain vulnerabilities, geopolitical risks, and cost fluctuations, developing proactive mitigation strategies.4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Strategic GrowthCollaborate closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Product Marketing, and Finance to align procurement strategies with overall company objectives.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity (preferably within a global tech, manufacturing, or corporate environment).
