Location: London – 2 days per weekSalary: up to £65k + £5k cash benefits + benefits We’re working with a leading UK organisation to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager to join its established Commercial Team.This is a senior procurement role combining ICT / technology procurement with broader indirect procurement, managing strategic sourcing, tenders, framework competitions and commercial activity across a varied spend portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile organisation where procurement has genuine strategic influence.

You’ll work on complex and high-value projects, advise senior stakeholders and help shape commercial and procurement activity across the organisation.The RoleYou’ll lead procurement projects from strategy through to contract implementation, including ITTs, tenders and mini-competitions under Framework Agreements.Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll provide commercial advice, negotiate with suppliers, identify savings and process efficiencies, and ensure procurement activity is compliant with current public procurement legislation.You’ll also support high-value and complex procurement projects across the wider Commercial Team.Skills / experience: Proven experience delivering ICT / technology / digital procurement projects, alongside broader indirect procurement experienceStrong Public Sector procurement experience, with knowledge / experience of PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023Proven experience leading tenders, ITTs and mini-competitions under framework agreementsExperience developing procurement strategies and delivering cost savings and commercial benefitsStrong contract and risk management experienceExcellent stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skillsMCIPS qualified or part-qualifiedExperience using eTendering platforms such as Jaggaer/BravoSolution, Atamis, In-Tend, Proactis, Delta eSourcing, ProContract or similar would be beneficial.Contact David Southwood – CPS Group UK
