This strategic role will ensure a reliable, competitive and sustainable year-round supply through strong relationships with growers and suppliers across key origins.You will own the procurement strategy end to end, connecting origin opportunities, commercial demand, quality standards, contracts and sourcing governance. As the function develops, the role may expand to additional categories within our portfolio.What will you do in this role?Lead the end-to-end sourcing strategy for third-party avocados for the European market, ensuring reliable year-round supply across key origins. Build and manage strategic relationships with growers, packhouses and suppliers; lead negotiations on price, volumes, contracts and allocations. Monitor crop conditions, seasonality, quality, market dynamics and supply risks to make informed procurement decisions. Establish procurement procedures, controls and supplier-management practices, including contracts, traceability and quality requirements. Work closely with Commercial, Quality, Logistics, Sustainability and Finance teams, while providing functional guidance to the Latin America procurement counterpart.
