The company aims to rank among the top 250 global construction companies by 2025, strengthening its presence across key infrastructure sectors in the Middle East and beyond.Role Description The Senior Procurement Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role oversees end-to-end procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and negotiation of contracts for materials, equipment, and services across large construction and EPC projects. The Senior Procurement Manager will analyze market trends and project requirements to optimize costs, manage risks, and ensure timely availability of resources. Daily responsibilities include leading supplier evaluation processes, managing procurement policies and procedures, coordinating with project and finance teams, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation and reporting. The role also involves building long-term supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations, and continuously improving procurement performance and efficiency.Qualifications Strong procurement expertise, including Procurement and Supplier Evaluation skills, with demonstrated experience in large-scale construction or EPC projects.Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms, manage obligations, and mitigate commercial risks.Advanced Analytical Skills to assess bids, compare supplier performance, control costs, and support data-driven decision-making.Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, project management, finance, and logistics teams.Extensive knowledge of construction materials, services, and supply chain practices in the Middle East market, particularly Saudi Arabia.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.15+ years of experience im construction field.Experience in managing procurement teams, setting KPIs, and implementing procurement systems or ERP tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on integrity, transparency, and compliance.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
