General Purpose of the RoleTo support the planning and execution of procurement and sourcing activities efficiently and effectively, ensuring operational requirements are met, value for money is achieved, transparency and service quality are enhanced, and all activities comply with applicable policies and regulations.Key Duties and Responsibilities1. Analyze procurement requirements and translate them into practical sourcing plans and initiatives aligned with operational priorities.2. Contribute to the preparation, monitoring, and periodic updating of annual and short-term procurement plans.3. Execute and follow up on procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring all requirements, approvals and supporting documents are complete.4. Prepare requests for quotation/proposal, tender documents, and scopes of work in coordination with relevant stakeholders.5. Identify and assess qualified suppliers and conduct market research to support quality, competition, and continuity of supply.6. Analyze and evaluate technical and commercial proposals and prepare objective comparisons and recommendations.7. Participate in commercial negotiations to secure optimal value, appropriate contractual terms, and effective risk allocation.8. Monitor purchase orders, contracts, and deliveries, and verify supplier compliance with quality, timelines, and service levels.9. Evaluate supplier performance, maintain supplier records, and contribute to building sustainable professional relationships.10. Prepare procurement reports and KPIs, analyze spending and cost data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value.11. Support the enhancement of procurement procedures, tools, digital solutions, and modern procurement practices.12. Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM or CSCP are an advantage.Required ExperienceA minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or contract management.
