Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Senior Procurement Executive is a hands-on role responsible for managing IFZA's sourcing activities, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes across the organization, and Private Office.Reporting directly to the Head of Group Procurement, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting procurement strategy, driving value through effective supplier management, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.This role requires a proactive procurement professional who can operate independently, partner effectively with internal stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement practices. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and will serve as a key support to the Head of Group Procurement.ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers and vendors to support business requirements. Lead commercial negotiations to secure favourable pricing, service levels, contractual terms, and delivery conditions. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with suppliers and key external partners. Review and manage supplier agreements and contracts to ensure commercial competitiveness and compliance. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and supplier proposals. Conduct commercial and risk assessments for suppliers, contracts, and procurement initiatives. Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans where required. Ensure purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation are processed accurately and efficiently. Identify and implement cost optimization, standardization, and value creation opportunities across procurement categories. Support the development and continuous improvement of procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Utilize ERP and procurement systems to monitor procurement activities, supplier performance, and spend data. Prepare procurement analyses, reports, and presentations for management review. Maintain awareness of market trends, supplier developments, and industry best practices.Experience/Skills RequiredMinimum 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years operating Senior Procurement Specialist level. Experience managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Proven track record of delivering commercial value through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations. Experience within FF&E, interior fit-out, hospitality, property/luxury residential, yacht/marine related procurement, or similar project-based environments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier performance management. Experience working with ERP systems and procurement management tools. Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) are advantageousBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and project management skills.
