Responsibilities

Run project procurement from purchase request to deliveryRequest, compare and negotiate supplier quotationsBuild and evaluate a network of home-appliance, HVAC and materials suppliers and agentsTrack purchase orders and delivery dates against project schedulesCoordinate with projects, warehouse and financeMaintain procurement records and regular reports

Requirements

3+ years in procurement, including home appliances and projectsKnowledge of the Saudi supplier and agent marketStrong negotiation and quotation-analysis skillsProficient in Excel; ERP experience is a plusFluent in Arabic and EnglishHVAC or contracting experience preferred
